So you’ve decided to do EFT tapping and now you’re trying to figure out
It’s where most people get tripped up. So it’s a really good question, right?
So look at your life and see. What is it that Is holding you down?
So let’s say, for example, you have low self-esteem.
So if you try to go too broad on that, which is the big mistake that most people make, it’s not going to get you anywhere.
So if you’re tapping on, “Even though I have low self-esteem…”, forget it. There are no results.
Instead, you need to break it down. Ask the question, Why? Why do I have low self-esteem? Right? So perhaps your mother told you when you were younger that you are not worth anything or you’ll never find a husband. Or maybe you were looking around at society and society was telling you that you are not worthwhile. Or you had experiences like being bullied or whatever.
So take one of those experiences and break it down and tap on each aspect and then go to the next aspect.
And that is how you choose your topics.
