What is EFT Tapping?

EFT is an alternative healthcare technique that was devised by a guy named Gary Craig in the mid-1990s. It is a powerful tool for healing your emotions, but it goes so much beyond that. It’s formerly known as Emotional Freedom Techniques, which means that it’s about getting emotional freedom. It’s based on ancient acupuncture.

Some people say that it’s actually emotional acupuncture, but without the needles, because what you’re doing is you’re tapping on meridian points or acupuncture centers on your body. 

It’s based on the understanding that your emotions are energy in motion. And when that energy gets blocked — it gets blocked in so many ways— it begins to block your life. And those blockages can manifest in physical ways. It can manifest in limitations in your life. It can manifest in pain. It can manifest in illness.

And by tuning into the problem and tapping it out, the energy begins to flow again and you are able to sort of reset yourself back to your original, pristine self, to all of the power and potential that you once had in your life.

It can be used to create your life in such a powerful way and to eliminate all of those things that are holding you down from being everything that you ever wanted to be.

So that is EFT Tapping.
