Okay. The first thing you have to do is select your topic, and the topic has to be something very, very specific. For example, the day I fell down in class.
Then you’re going to create that into a set-up phrase, which is, “even though I fell down in class that day, I love, accept, and forgive myself.” I love, accept, and forgive yourself is your reminder phrase.
Then you are going to tap on the side of your hand. “Even though I fell down in class that day, I love, accept, and forgive myself.”
Do that three times, then tap on the top of your head. “That day I fell down in class.”
Eyebrow: “that day I fell down in class.”
Side of the eye: “that day I fell down in class.”
Under the eye: “that day I fell down in class.”
Under the nose: “the day I fell down in class.”
Chin.Â
Right here on the collarbone. That knob at the end of your clavicle.
Then under your arm at the point that’s across from your bra strap. And under your armpit.
That’s the short form of the EFT but it’ll get you started.
