How much should you Tap?Is there such a thing as tapping too little or too much? Deborah Lindsey will let you know!  

So you want to know how often you should tap? It’s a good question. And the answer is there is no great answer. You should tap as often as you want to tap. And really, if you tap every day, you’re going to get great results. But you don’t want to over tap. So what does that mean? How do you know if you’re over-tapped? 

First of all, I would never do more than an hour a day. Your body simply can’t integrate that many changes. And so when you start to feel tired, that’s really the big indicator that it’s time to stop because your body needs time to process the tapping that has taken place. In fact, in that moment, you might not even feel a change. You might think, Oh, this isn’t working. But when you stop and give it time to do its work, your wake back up or look and realize, wow, there really was a change. So that would be my recommendation on how often to tap. Simply put your body will tell you how often should you tap.
