Do We Teach the "48 Clinical EFT Techniques?

We often get asked if we teach all "48 Clinical EFT Techniques" and so we thought we should take a few minutes to talk about it.

What Is an EFT Technique?

EFT Techniques are specific tapping protocols for the application of EFT Tapping. You will learn the basic techniques in any credible and accredited EFT certification program.

For example, the most widely used EFT Tapping techniques would be the Tell the Story Technique, the Movie Technique, Chasing the Pain,  the Tearless Trauma Technique, and Surrogate Tapping.

Other techniques, many of them newer techniques not created by EFT Founder Gary Craig , include Imagine Tapping, Silent Tapping, The Blueberry Pancakes Technique,  The Box Technique, The Choices Technique, Matrix Reimprinting, Touch and Breathe, Talk and Tap, Tap and Rant, Perspective Switching, Imagine Violence, and Able, Willing, and Willing - All of which are taught at the Center for EFT Studies.

Delineating EFT Techniques from Core EFT Teachings

In order to decode this conversation, we must delineate between a core teaching and an actual EFT Technique. The Emotional Freedom Techniques is not just tapping. Techniques are  very different from a core EFT Teaching. And yet the core teachings of EFT have been marketed as techniques. It is deceptive.

So, in this context, yes. We teach "all 48 Clinical Techniques", which are really just core teachings.
